Schedule your pups spring haircut today while we still have some openings for grooming appointments this weekend! Many dog owners may be waiting for warmer weather and keeping their dogs coat longer to keep them warm, however, they may be doing more harm than good. A dog with a long coat requires regular brushing (some breeds require daily brushing) otherwise mats can start accumulating and mats can hold in moisture and bacteria and begin irritating a dogs skin.

Many people ask us how often they should get their dogs groomed. That is a fairly ‘breed specific’ question, however, at the minimum we suggest a monthly bath and nail trim for all breeds. With the use of our all-natural and pet specific shampoos, you could bathe your dog weekly. For breeds that require haircuts we generally recommend every 4-8 weeks.
